I reserve the right to decline requested commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to publish the commission result as a personal portfolio unless requested otherwise.

Commercial use is disallowed, unless talked and agreed by both parties with an agreement of signed documents if needed at request from my end. Otherwise, as banners or icons or personal backgrounds are fine (with given credit to me). Commercial use will be charged extra.

You are NOT allowed to use my art, even if as yourself or character or avatar (etc) for commercial use, unless there has been consent from me or an agreement met by both parties. If there has to be a document signed, then it must be signed in agreement to what is written; typically asked if royalty fees or split pay is involved. Otherwise, I request a 75% of the art value on top of the payment in compensation for what my art may help earn.

Reproduction, distribution for profit (including but not limited to NFT, cryptocurrency or other blockchain-based technologies) is prohibited.

AI crosses the line of using my art and likely use as a loop hole of commercial use.

My signatures and logo are to stay on the art, not to be removed nor edited out nor covered.

All payments will be through CashApp/Ko-fi/VGen and in USD

After you've paid for your commission, you have until I reach your commission for drafting to refund the money spent for the commission. Once I have begun, there is no refund available and your commission will be finished. Unless, there are communication issues where as I do not get a reply back then it'll be on pause until I hear back. This include down payments.
